Due to  a change  in the  way that the Microsoft C compiler generates code under
certain circumstances  in version  7.0, TCXL 6.02/MSC 7.0 users have experienced
sporadic problems with programs that use a mouse.  This interim update fixes the
problem.   There is  no source code included with this update, only object code.
The affected source code will be updated in the next numbered release of TCXL.

This update consists of two batch files (MOU602.BAT, _MOU602.BAT) and an archive
(FIXMOU.ZIP).   All three  files must  be located  in your  TCXL root  directory
(normally called  TCXL60).   With that  as your  default directory,  execute the
command MOU602  at the DOS prompt.  All existing TCXL libraries for MSC7 will be
updated.  When the update is done, the file MOU602.LOG will contain a log of the
update procedure.
